Maintenance Contracts Silver, Gold, Platinum

Repairing a piece of expensive equipment or a set of equipment is always associated with particular expenses. We, the service and maintenance team at LEATER, offer a significant decrease in such unforeseen expenses. Our service contracts make it possible to extend the period of warranty service for the installed equipment for further 2 or 3 years or to otherwise maintain its operability at a high technical level through scheduled maintenance.   

CONCLUSION OF LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS


SILVER Level: 

The Contractor shall provide the Maintenance Support from 9AM to 6PM Kyiv time from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. The said Maintenance Support comprises the following operations: 

  • The Contractor shall conduct the repair works upon having been notified by the Customer that the system does not operate properly. No later than within four (4) business hours, the Contractor shall start working to solve the technical problem, using the telephone support hotline. In case if that a problem cannot be solved over telephone, the Contractor shall, within business hours and no later than in 24 hours, dispatch its technical representative to the Customer’s facility.
  • In order to assess the current technical condition of a system and to perform the preventive steps, the Contractor shall conduct the scheduled maintenance several times during a year. Such operations include testing of the equipment, removal of impurities from optical tracts and air conduits, adjustment of mechanical joints, and tuning in of electronic units. 

GOLD Level: 

The Contractor shall provide the Maintenance Support from 9AM to 6PM Kyiv time from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. The said Maintenance Support comprises the following operations:  
  • The Contractor shall conduct the repair works upon having been notified by the Customer that the system does not operate properly. No later than within four (4) business hours, the Contractor shall start working to solve the technical problem, using the telephone support hotline. In case if that a problem cannot be solved over telephone, the Contractor shall, within business hours and no later than in 24 hours, dispatch its technical representative to the Customer’s facility.
  • In order to assess the current technical condition of a system and to perform the preventive steps, the Contractor shall conduct the scheduled maintenance twice a year. Such operations include testing of the equipment, removal of impurities from optical tracts and air conduits, adjustment of mechanical joints, and tuning in of electronic units.
  • The cost of maintenance includes the price of scheduled maintenance and repair operations. Spare parts, components, and material required for equipment repairs shall be paid separately according to current prices.  

PLATINUM Level:  

The Contractor shall provide the Maintenance Support from 9AM to 6PM Kyiv time from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. The said Maintenance Support comprises the following operations:  
  • The Contractor shall conduct the repair works upon having been notified by the Customer that the system does not operate properly. No later than within four (4) business hours, the Contractor shall start working to solve the technical problem, using the telephone support hotline.
